Urgent Notice

Starting March 1st, all HOA payments made by check must be sent to the designated PO Box: PO Box 160324, Altamonte Springs, FL 32716.


Any checks received in the Downtown Sarasota office will be returned. Please use the updated ACH Authorization Form for ACH payments.
